Mike Turnquist has been in real estate for 20 years and has now been a Realtor at eXp Realty for over two of those. As a graduate of Atascadero High School, Mike is SLO County local and has lived here on the Central Coast almost his entire life. After attending Cal Poly in the school of business, he got his real estate license at the age of 22 and hasn’t stopped. During the downturn, Mike became one of the top distressed property experts in the area while keeping an over 90% success ratio on short sale negotiations where the industry stats were averaging under 60%. He specializes in leadership and marketing in real estate.
